Mac App Store: How to Fix Error 100
Here’s what worked for me:
Click “Sign In” on the right sidebar
Sign out.
Quit (⌘ + Q) the App Store.
Log out. (Shift + Command + Q)
Log back in.
Open the App Store.
Log in.
Try to buy something (for instance, the free Twitter app).
Accept new Terms and Conditions.
If all else fails, reboot.
